Frank Cardia began his career in 1996 as a Registered Representative and quickly built a multimillion-dollar book of clients. A licensed Series 65 Financial Advisor, Frank gradually evolved from a fast-paced day-trading model to a long-term asset management approach — and never looked back.

Before co-founding Augurey Ventures, Frank successfully managed multiple private equity funds and has helped facilitate over $1 billion in funding and venture capital transactions. His passion lies in building strong, enduring relationships with high-net-worth individuals across the globe, offering sharp financial strategies and deeply personalized service.

But Frank isn’t just about spreadsheets and equity markets. He’s a committed husband, father to two energetic boys, and an endurance athlete who once turned Ironman disappointment into a comeback victory. He thrives on discipline, lifelong learning, and owning every outcome — a mindset shaped by his favorite book, Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink.
